Yes! I've totally seen this video before. I myself am not vegetarian, but on the farm I've found myself eating meat more like a "condiment" than a featured item in my meals. Most of my protein has been coming from eggs (produced on the farm), lentils, and local, organic dairy.
egads! i don't think i can ever give up chicken sandwiches but at least i'm not hurting the cow and piggie counts...
Haha -- well I think the environmental impact is less from chicken, but from what I've been reading/hearing, organic & free-range is really the way to go. Muah!
